Ivara EXP Professional is the leading asset reliability strategy development software providing a unique combination of rigour, speed and risk sensitivity.  Ivara EXP Professional allows organisations to apply a cohesive strategy across an entire equipment base using a single application.  This unique product supports multiple plant and asset level methodologies in a single integrated application making it possible to develop the right management strategy for each asset.
The software features:

  • Asset hierarchy importation
  • Asset Prioritisation (criticality) module
  • Maintenance strategy selection using SAE JA 1011 compliant RCM2 or, alternatively, Ivara MTA (Maintenance Tasks Analysis)

Version 2.0 has recently been released. This release fixes a number of problems and introduces new features:

  • The U(tive) parameter in the FFI calculation tool now accepts decimal figures
  • Support for SQL Server 2005 on 64-bit operating systems
  • An added default "Hidden" category in the Asset Prioritisation module (only for new v2.0 databases - will not be evident in upgraded databases)
  • Enhanced Reliability Strategy Selection Analysis questionnaire
  • Implementation of "Secondary Action Plans" for RCM2 and MTA failure modes
  • Increased capacity of the Task Description text boxes to accept more text and updated reports which uses these fields
  • Implementation of "No scheduled maintenance" and "No scheduled maintenance - Redesign is desirable" options in the RCM2 module and added question in the decision logic where NSM is appropriate
  • Easier navigation and re-sequencing in RCM2 Information Worksheet
  • Revised Work Package Reports
