Two Day Lean Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Course

The Asset Partnership’s world-leading two day Lean Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Training Course enables maintenance personnel to drive down costs and, in parallel, lift the performance of physical assets to meet the demands of tough economic times.
This practical course is designed for key influencers in the roles of Maintenance Engineer, Planner, Scheduler, Supervisor, and also and some key Maintainers and Operators.  During the course, attendees compile an action plan for on-site planning and scheduling process improvement.  The course covers the following topics:

  • Selecting the right maintenance—A brief outline of Condition Based Maintenance and Scheduled Overhaul
  • Identifying work and creating task plans—Practical techniques for Lean Planning
  • Scheduling maintenance tasks—Practical techniques for Lean Scheduling
  • Analysing for Continuous Improvement—Information recording, reporting and tools for analysis
  • Round-up and action setting.
