Assessing Asset Management Risk and Performance

This one day training course Endorsed by the IAM is aimed at senior managers and asset management leaders wanting a detailed understanding of the relevance of risk management to achieving organisational objectives.  It also explains tools and techniques used to assess the performance of the asset management plans.

• Describe the main components of a requirements specification for an asset information system
