Building an Asset Management Organisation
This one and a half day training course Endorsed by the IAM is aimed at executives and asset management leaders wanting a detailed understanding of the foundations required to build an asset management organisation. It covers in detail many of the organisational, knowledge management and risk management factors and describes how they contribute to the success of an asset management system.
Delegates will learn how to:
