Qualitative Risk Analysis (qRA )

The management of Risk is a high priority of every organisation.  The Asset Partnership is pleased to be able to offer a two day Qualitative Risk Management (qRA) training course.  qRA flows the processes as set down in AS/NZS 4360 "Risk Management" and AS/NZS 3931 "Risk analysis of technological systems - Application guide".

Qualitative Risk Analysis

The management of physical and financial risk associated with the operation and maintenance of physical assets is a growing preoccupation of many companies in today's increasing regulated and litigious society. This course gives an overview of risk assessment processes based on Australia/New Zealand standards AS/NZS 4360 & AS/NZS 3931 and how they can be applied in the area of Physical Asset Management. A case study approach is used and delegates compile a work manual for each step of the process.

•  Defining the scope and objectives of an analysis
•  Risk analysis processes
•  Hazard identification and consequence evaluation
•  Risk estimation
•  Recording, action planning and follow up
